Where are you located?

I am located at 325 E. 31st Street, Kansas City, Missouri. In Martini Corner in the offices above Made in KC and Prefix. Before your appointment, I will send you detailed instructions so you can find me easily.

How should I prepare for my facial?

Please come as you are! But if you like specifics, these tips can be helpful!

• Wear comfortable clothes

• I will ask you to remove most jewelry, so you might choose to leave jewelry at home.

• Come without makeup if you can (but don’t worry if you do have makeup on!)

• Avoid retinol for 48 hours before your service.

• Avoid excess sun exposure before and after your facial

• If you have neurotoxins or fillers, please wait two weeks between your injections and getting a facial

• Arrive just a few minutes before your appointment time. 5 minutes early is plenty.

• Fill out the client intake form before your appointment. I will send it to you via text or email.

• If you have specific questions about products or want in-depth recommendations, it can be helpful to let me know exactly which products you are using. You could take a picture to show me what you use, or write down the products so I can look into them.

What kind of payment is accepted?

I use Square Up, which accepts all forms of credit cards and debit cards, including tap and mobile payments. This is my preferred payment, but I will accept Venmo and cash as well!

Do you accept tips?

I accept tips, but never expect them. At payment, you will be given the option to tip, but please never feel obligated.

Do you sell gift cards?

I sell e-gift cards online and gift certificates in the studio. If you would like a physical gift certificate but aren’t able to make it into the studio, I’m happy to mail one to you.

What kinds of products do you use?

I primarily use Blissoma and Botnia Skincare. They are both small-batch, woman-owned skincare companies that hand-make plant-based and herbal skincare. Each product is consciously created with your health and the earth at heart and mind. It is so important to me to use effective products that truly support skin health. I only use products that I would use myself.

Which service should I choose?

I know it can be hard to decide which service to book! Choose the Massage Ritual when you want to focus on relaxation, the Sacred Ritual when you want to focus on skincare and relaxation, and the Glow Facial if you love dermaplaning or need extra exfoliation. I do not recommend the Glow Facial if you have acne, sensitive, or reactive skin.
