Appointments and Booking

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmation has been received.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We reserve each appointment time specifically for you, and I require a valid credit card to secure time for certain services. Please notify me via phone call or text at least twenty-four hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that I may fill that spot. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, I may require a fee of half of the appointment cost before rebooking. If you do not call or show up to your appointment, I may charge the entire appointment cost before rebooking. Please know that I will always consider your needs and reason for rescheduling; I know that life happens. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
Appointments canceled with less than the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Specific cancellation policies communicated during booking or outlined elsewhere on this website are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Current pricing is available through our booking platform or upon request.
Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments may be scheduled.
