Cancellation Policy

I reserve each appointment time specifically for you, and I require a valid credit card to secure time for certain services. Please notify me via phone call or text at least twenty-four hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that I may fill that spot. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, I may require a fee of half of the appointment cost before rebooking. If you do not call or show up to your appointment, I may charge the entire appointment cost before rebooking. Please know that I will always consider your needs and reason for rescheduling; I know that life happens. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.

Studio Policy

Time in the studio is by appointment only. You may schedule online or by call or text.

Please notify me via text or phone call if you are running late for your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest.

If you are having any signs of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, congestion, or sore throat, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Please come to your appointments alone. For their safety and your relaxation, children are not permitted in the studio.

New facial clients may be asked to fill out a short health and skin history form. This is so that I can avoid any treatments that may be contraindicated and so that I can best serve you.

Guests under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Service prices are subject to change.

Credit and debit cards and Apple Pay are all accepted as payments.

All sales are final, and I reserve the right to turn away clients.
