In 2021, I had an awakening I couldn’t shake—a vision of creating a sacred, healing space that offered more than just skincare. I imagined a place where anyone—especially women, moms, and caretakers—could find respite, relaxation, glowing skin, and most importantly, time to themselves. A place where they could be truly taken care of.

That vision quickly became a reality. As soon as I knew this path was meant for me, every door opened—and Ritual Beauty was born.

After working in several amazing spas, I dreamed of creating something more personal and intentional: a holistic self-care experience where I could hold space for others to rest, recharge, and reconnect with themselves. I carefully curated beauty rituals and skincare treatments to help soothe the stress, anxiety, and constant busyness that life so often brings.

It was essential to me that the products I used were not only effective but also good for people and the planet. I partnered with Blissoma Skincare, a small-batch, woman-owned company from St. Louis, and later expanded to include Botnia Skincare—another small, woman-owned, plant-based line. If you’ve experienced the magic of plant-based skincare, you know how nourishing and healing it can be.

Self-care rituals have always been a cornerstone of my own life. Whether it’s a morning makeup routine, an evening cleanse, or a quiet bath, these small acts of presence help me feel grounded and reconnected to my body. I believe making space for these rituals, no matter how small, is transformative.

The most rewarding part of my work is building trust and deep connections with my guests. It’s incredibly vulnerable to let someone see your skin up close and to allow them to care for your face. I don’t take that honor lightly. Many of my clients have become close friends, and I strive to make each person who lies on my table feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.
